What an amazing day we had!!   Approximately 290 people attended – how about that!  Woodbridge Town Council gave permission for our placards to stay on the Shire Hall railings until Wednesday so do go along and read them, they are worth the effort.   And we made Look East in the evening news!
Thanks too to all those involved in making this event such a fabulous success.  Proof that organisations (Transition Woodbridge, Churches Together and the Women’s Institute) can pull together to make our town stand up to be counted.  Thanks to the other organisations that were represented
Suffolk Wildlife Trust                Friends of the Earth
Rubbish Walks                         Extinction Rebellion
Cupboard Love                         Stop Sizewell C
Woodbridge Town Council – Mayor Sue Bale, Councillors Wilks, O’Nolan, Adelson of the Climate and Ecological Committee
Suffolk County Councillor for Woodbridge Caroline Page
and to everyone who came from all around : Hollesley, Rendlesham, Saxmundham, Dennington, Bealings, Ipswich, Waldringfield, Martlesham, Brantham, Middleton, Hasketon …..
THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH!!

Isn’t it great to know that you live in such a community as ours?
