Scooter, polystyrene from pontoons, broken hula hoop, old sailing lines, bit of anchor chain, carpet, old bottles and a tarpaulin were amongst the rubbish collected by 5th Woodbridge Sea Scouts, Transition Woodbridge and volunteers who turned out to help litterpick today. It was great to see Norse turn up at the end after it had been sorted by Jill and Carol, to take it away! We had a moment’s silence in memory of Her Majesty but felt she would have wanted us to carry on with our community event. Thanks to all who helped and our beautiful river is the cleaner for it.
