Carol recently visited the Library Garden recently. She said:
It’s looking so well thanks to the waterers. The strawberries are showing signs of a nice crop in a few weeks time and the leeks and chard are good and ready to be picked before the garden is planted up for the summer. We have French beans, courgettes and sugar snap peas ready to go in when this cold spell had passed. So if you can use some fresh, locally grown, free veg go and help yourself to the leeks and chard. And if you’d like to help with the gardening – at a safe distance- do get in touch.
