DESCRIPTION:The Suffolk Climate Action Team are hosting a free networking event for community groups and others involved in community environmental action like parish/town councils in Suffolk\, to come together and share knowledge. \nThe event will include morning speakers and three afternoon workshops exploring a different range of topics\, led by experienced community groups and organisations. \n\nMorning speakers: Climate Change Gardening & Climate Hub Development\nAfternoon workshop themes (choose one): biodiversity; active travel; energy efficiency in older buildings\n\nThe event will run from 9:30 to 15:30 and a light vegetarian lunch will be provided. \nPlaces will be allocated on a first come\, first served basis so please register by 19 September.
