DESCRIPTION:Join herbalist Rachel Bescoby for a relaxed afternoon learning about the history\, folklore and medicinal uses of a number of herbs. You will discover the principles of blending herbs to make tea blends that are safe\, effective and delicious and gain confidence in how to mindfully select herbs and create unique well-balanced tea blends to support your own emotional and physical wellbeing. \nYou will have the opportunity to create your own tea blend from a selection of herbs and take home a small pouch of the tea you have created\, your mug from the workshop\, a tea infuser and written information including recipes so that you can continue on your journey of herbal tea exploration. \nIn addition to the pouch of your own tea blend\, mug and infuser which are included in the ticket price\, there will also be 10% off any of any other herbs and other tea making accessories available at the workshop. \nFind out more and book a ticket.
