Free Winter Wildlife Drop‑In Event
Fancy getting up close to nature this winter? Come along to a wildlife meet-and-greet event at Martlesham Wilds, where you can chat with the Wildlife Wise team about local wildlife, learn more about what’s around you, and try out some brilliant kit.
The team will have binoculars, spotting scopes, and an exciting new parabolic microphone so you can listen in to birds and other wildlife like never before.
Everyone is welcome, just turn up! Dogs are welcome but please keep them on a short lead.
Meet up with the Wildlife Wise team at 10am at St Mary’s Church Car Park, or come and find them along the footpath.
Wildlife Wise is a new brand and team that cherishes, respects and protects the Suffolk Coast’s wildlife and habitats by preventing disturbance and damage to these internationally important species. It’s a partnership delivered by local Suffolk councils.
