A bigger, rejuvenated Woodbridge Farmers Market starts this Saturday, 22nd August! From 9am – 2pm it will go on for longer, (meaning you can have breakfast and lunch there!) and will as always, take place at Woodbridge Community Hall.
The market, which is under new management, includes several new stalls as well as many of the old favourites. It’s the end of an era for me, as I’m no longer involved in running it, but I’m impressed with all the effort which Martin and Anita from Bosun’s Exceptional Food Products have made to bring in new stallholders, carry out a risk assessment and ensure the safety of all.
The current pandemic has taught us all something about the importance of community so I’m hoping that the good people of Woodbridge will come shopping on Saturday and support the local producers who are such an important part of our town.
See you on Saturday! (I’m looking forward to being there as a customer.)
